1. System Overview
The Attendance Management System helps our organization track employee attendance, monitor punctuality, and manage attendance records effectively.
2. Logging In
To access the system, use your assigned Staff No and password. Ensure your credentials are kept secure and do not share them with others.
3. Marking Attendance
Follow these steps to mark your attendance:
- Log in to the system.
- Navigate to the attendance section.
- Select your branch (if applicable).
- Click "Check-In" or "Check-Out" as per your current status.
- Confirm your attendance submission.
4. Viewing Attendance Records
You can view your past attendance records under the "My Attendance" section. Filters are available to help you narrow down records by date, branch, and status.
5. Branch Manager, Supervisor Role & Cluster Head
Branch Managers and Supervisors have additional privileges, such as viewing attendance summaries for their teams and managing staff attendance records.
6. Attendance Score Guide
Morning Attendance (On-Site):
- General Branches:
- Early (Before 7:00 AM): 15 points
- On Time (Between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM): 10 points
- In-time (Between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM): 5 points
- Beyond In-time (After 8:00 AM): 2 points
- Specific Branches (WAREHOUSE):
- Early (Before 8:00 AM): 15 points
- On Time (Between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM): 10 points
- In-time (Between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM): 5 points
- Beyond In-time (After 9:00 AM): 2 points
- Off-Site: -10 points (Meaning that you were not at the branch premises)
Evening Attendance (On-Site):
- General Branches:
- Too Early (Before 3:00 PM): 2 points
- On Time (Between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM): 10 points
- Evening (Between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM): 15 points
- Night (Between 7:00 PM and 7:40 PM): 10 points
- Beyond Time (After 8:20 PM): 2 points
- Other Times: 5 points
- Specific Branches (WAREHOUSE):
- Too Early (Before 3:00 PM): 2 points
- On Time (Between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM): 10 points
- Too Late (After 5:00 PM): 15 points
- Off-Site: -10 points (Meaning that you were not at the branch premises)
7. Logging Out
Always log out of the system after you have completed your tasks to ensure the security of your account.
